Discover the future of prevention of cardiometabolic diseases through precision medicine at the 20th International Symposium on Atherosclerosis.

Join healthcare professionals from around the world in Muscat, Oman from December 4-6, 2024, to learn about the significance of precision medicine in preventing, detecting, and managing cardiometabolic diseases, specifically atherosclerosis.

On behalf of the Oman Society of Lipid & Atherosclerosis and the International Atherosclerosis Society, we are pleased to invite you to join us at the 20th International Symposium on Atherosclerosis. The congress will take place 4-6 December 2024 in Muscat, Oman.

Following the theme “Towards Prevention of Cardiometabolic Diseases through Precision Medicine,” congress attendees can expect to gain a better understanding of how precision medicine can be used in the prevention, detection, and management of cardiometabolic diseases, including atherosclerosis. ISA 2024 will provide a platform for researchers, clinicians, and healthcare professionals to share knowledge, discuss challenges, and explore opportunities in an inclusive and engaging setting.

The Scientific Committee, comprised of global leaders, is committed to developing a diverse program of cutting-edge science that is inclusive of presentations from both international experts renowned for their research and contributions to cardiometabolic medicine as well as young scientists who are just starting to make their mark in the field. The congress will also highlight the perspectives of patients, caregivers, and other healthcare stakeholders.

In addition to the scientific program, the congress will encourage collaboration, support networking, and host exhibitors who will showcase the newest technological and pharmaceutical innovations. And while in Oman, you must explore all the country has to offer from the World Heritage Sites to the date farms and wadis.

Active participants will leave with wonderful memories as well as new strategies for how they can improve health outcomes and reduce the global burden of cardiometabolic diseases.
