Terms and Conditions:

• The registration fee entitles the participant to attend all the plenary and parallel sessions, access to the exhibition, coffee breaks, sponsored events, and a certificate commensurate with attendance.
• Online registration is open through 30 November 2024. From this date onwards, registration and payment will only be accepted onsite.
• All registration rates are inclusive of 5% VAT.
• Student registering under this category will be required to submit a copy of their valid student card issued by their university or research institution.
• Registration fees must be paid in advance to MCI Middle East LLC via credit card of bank transfer. Registration confirmation will only be sent after payment has been received.
• Should payment not be received 10 days prior to the event date, MCI reserves the right to cancel the pre-registration, requiring a new registration to be made onsite at the applicable rate.
• Bank transfers must include the following: first and family names, registration number (from the registration invoice), and “ISA 2024.”

Cancellation & Refunds:

• Registration cancellation must be sent via e-mail to isa2024oman@wearemci.com no later than 30 Nov 2024 in order to receive a full refund, less bank charges and $100 USD administrative fee.
• A 100% cancellation charge applies after 30 Nov 2024.
• Transfer of registration from one person to another is allowable without a fee through 1 November 2024.  Transfers after this date will be assessed $100 USD administrative fee.
• In the event of it being necessary for whatever reason to postpone or cancel the Congress, the organizer will not be liable for any expenditure, damage, or loss incurred by participants. In the event of cancellation, registration fees will be refunded less bank charges. If the Congress is postponed due to force majeure, registrations will transfer to the new date and remain valid. Refunds will be assessed bank charges and $100 USD administrative fee.
